Allen Park Michigan Culture
The downtown Allen Park district is one of many that give the Michigan Downtown Association many reasons to celebrate 40 years of growth. Several developments have rightly earned Allen Park its name as the "jewel of the downriver," with new shops in previously empty shops giving way to a complete revival.
The Hoosiers have not won a game since 1991, and coach Tom Allen believes it would be the best way to end a historic season. That kind of culture will be created under the new Detroit administration and will be a focus for Hamp Wood, who is looking for a head coach and a general manager. The Allen Park community is also in the process of revising and updating its zoning regulations for what is to come, things that will allow Allen Park to continue to grow and thrive. Three plans are in the works to revise the regulation to facilitate development and lay the groundwork for attracting additional small production companies to Allen Park.

On December 26, SMU withdrew from that game and moved its opponent, UTSA, to a bowl to be determined by another team. You can also stay at one of their spectacular homes, Hubbard Farms, located about half a mile north of the campus on East Main Street.
Staying in an apartment allows you to walk to both locations as well as the Michigan State University campus. Allen Park has a wide selection of restaurants and bars, including Denny's, KFC YMCA, Pizza Hut and more.
