i took my sick cat there and told the doctors he was lethargic and not able to stand on his own anymore.there was only 1 dog in the waiting room, which was in and out within 30 minutes.we still waited for another hour with no other pets in the waiting room.we finally got to see the doctor. he was doing the checkup and squeeezed my cats stomach and my cat started to throw up and had trouble breathing.they took xrays , did tests, and the doctor still was clueless as to what was happening. they told me that they didnt want to keep him there, to take him to a vet in southgate. they put my cat on the table. i listen to him for 25 min. gasp for his breath and informed the doctors who didnt care because all they wanted was their money for doing nothing.the other vet in sothgate told me later allen park vet gave him wrong medication and the cathiter they put in was kinked so it was not draining properly.my cat died the next day. i will not ever take another pet of mine there and tell everybody

I am very dissapointed in this hospital. They support puppy mills. That's how they get their business! by supporting sick puppies! They also did my dogs nose surgery and now her nose looks deformed. They want more money to fix their mistake. They will do anything to get more money from us owners.

When my mom left our cocker spaniel to be boarded at VCA, I went to visit her. They put me in a room, and brought my dog to me. She smelled like urine. Along with having poop on her. She was used to being let out only 3 times a day with my mom working. When I asked at the front desk they told me they let them out twice a day. She has never been left there for boarding and never will.
